Help and contact

Support today runs through the people who run your programme — not a call centre. Here is who to reach for what.

Support channels

A safety concern

A safeguarding concern goes to the facilitator or the programme's named safeguarding lead through the same channels. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local child-protection or emergency services first — do not wait for the programme.

A problem with the app or a device

Tell the facilitator — device faults, sync problems and content issues are logged by the programme and worked through the operator tooling. If the device is shared, do not put a learner's personal details in a message.

A question about data

Export, correction and deletion requests go through the same facilitator route and are handled by the Kidoko privacy process — verified, second-person approved, and recorded. Details: privacy page.

evidence pending A staffed public support mailbox is part of launch preparation; today support runs through the school facilitator and the programme team.

What is missing: requires: launch preparation — a monitored public mailbox.
