Under construction — pre-pilot

Kidoko Learning

An offline-first learning platform being built for schools and community programmes in Africa — first deployment planned in Kidoko, Uganda.

Honest status: no pilot has run yet. Everything on this page describes the plan and the engineering under way — not measured learning results. When field evidence exists, it will be published on the evidence page with dates and sample sizes.

For learners and caregivers

Structured lessons, projects and practice for learners roughly ages 10–14, designed for shared phones and tablets — downloaded once, usable without internet.

For parents and caregivers

For schools

Session plans, attendance and observation tools that keep working on a school LAN with no internet, syncing when a connection appears — with a readiness gate before real learners enrol.

For schools and operators

For sponsors

Fund a cohort or a site and get reporting built on denominators, exclusions and method — not headline numbers. No measured outcomes exist yet; that is stated, not hidden.

What we will not do

evidence Downloaded lessons, practice and facilitator tools keep working without a live internet connection; progress queues on the device and syncs later through the cloud or a school hub.

evidence Private surfaces — learner profiles, portfolios, administration and assessment banks — sit behind server-side authorization and are excluded from search indexing; an unauthenticated request gets an authorization challenge, not content.

Adult access (facilitators, caregivers, educators, operators) lives in the console — sign-in requires a provisioned account. Data handling is documented on the privacy page, and every claim on this site cites its evidence on the evidence page. Need help? Help and contact.
